Yoga ClassesYoga is appropriate for a intermediate to advanced exerciser who wants to build flexibility, strengthen their core and unwind. Yoga postures and breathing techniques are a great addition to any training program. Whether you're taking a break from the weight room or simply need to relax, yoga is a great choice for both.
Class Times: Monday 6:45pm Wednesday 5:15pm Bring your own Yoga Mat or use one of ours. |
Yoga with RyanYoga with Ryan is an exciting blend of Anusara & Bikram yoga combined with rock and roll music. Ryan is a unique yoga instructor who focuses on deep stretching.
All levels welcome. Class Times: Friday 6:30pm Sunday 9:15am Yoga Classes last 60 minutes |
Gentle YogaGentle Yoga consists of building the foundation and connection of mind, body and soul. Learn how to incorporate the tools that help foster and support well being in our daily lives. Come explore and breath for change in a tranquil atmosphere coupled with basic yoga sequences.
