Group Exercise Classes in Danbury CT

We're located right around the corner from Danbury, Connecticut!  Our Fitness Facility sits just 1 minute over the New Fairfield & Danbury line.  Our gym is also conveniently located less than 15 minutes from Patterson and Brewster, New York.  Finding the right gym is always difficult.  If you're not not from around the NF area it will be hard to find a good gym except for Southbury Gym located in Southbury, CT.
